Set within Waikoloa Colony Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, this two-story townhouse offers a peaceful balance of privacy and connection to the island’s best attractions. With no neighbors above or below, you’ll enjoy restful nights and open, airy living spaces filled with natural light. The interior features classic island style with local artwork, hand-carved furnishings, and thoughtful details that celebrate Hawaiian craftsmanship.



Sleeping Arrangements

Two spacious bedrooms each feature California king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and TVs for relaxed evenings. A large armchair in the living room converts into a twin bed, comfortably accommodating a fifth guest. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for restful sleep.



Kitchen & Dining

Prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking. Gather around the dining table indoors or step onto the lanai for a casual meal beneath the island sky. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as cooking basics for convenience.



Outdoor Living & Amenities

The private lanai offers space for outdoor dining and views framed by tropical greenery. Guests have access to shared resort amenities including a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and gym. Beach essentials such as towels, an umbrella, a blanket, and snorkeling gear are available for your adventures along the coast.

Parking:

There is only one designated parking spot for this unit. There are visitor spots that can be used during the day on a first come first served basis. If you have another vehicle, you will need to make different arrangements for parking that vehicle off-property

This complex is pretty strict about the parking policy.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this policy. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, it must be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $1,000 will apply.
