The Space:

Step inside your beautifully appointed home located on the 12th fairway, and be greeted by an open-concept main living space, where a cozy couch and a fireplace create the perfect setting to unwind after a day outdoors. Adjacent is a sleek, stylish kitchen featuring stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers—ideal for mornings that begin at your own pace. The expansive counter seating for six makes casual meals a breeze, while a formal dining table for six invites you to sit down and share stories over dinner. Just beyond the main floor, a covered balcony with comfortable seating overlooks the lush greens of the golf course—a picture-perfect spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

Downstairs, the second living area opens up a world of entertainment. Sink into the couch or armchair and stream a movie or catch a game, then gather around the poker table for a little friendly competition. Board games and additional space make it a hub for both kids and adults to relax and play.
