This is a wonderful rental, we enjoyed everything about it. The house was cozy and comfortable.

Very nice quiet place, great place to stay with family and friends. Only a 8 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, entertainment or cruise port.

Great stay. The host is responsive.Be sure to bring your own items like laundry detergent and soap for your showers.

The place is very cute and updated. The host is responsive. This place has very limited to no extras. I read a request from the host asking guest to use beach towels not the white towels. I assumed that meant there were beach towels available. There are not. So if you're planning to go to the beach plan to bring towels. The kitchen is very limitedly stocked. There's no kitchen hand towels or rags. I contacted the host several times due to water leaking from the base of the refrigerator. We did not want it to ruin their floors. I felt like the house was clean except the floors could have used a little more attention under furniture and near the front door. We stayed 2 days after returning from a cruise. The place was cute and met our needs but would not have met our needs if we were planning to stay more than a couple days and if it were a beach getaway. The neighborhood is a mixture of nice places then run down. We never felt unsafe, but it didn't seem like the best neighborhood either. I don't want to give the wrong impression of this place it was clean, the rate was reasonable, the host is responsive and it met the minimal requirements we needed for our short stay. If the host is planning to continue to rent out their unit as a vacation home they definitely could add some much appreciated conveniences/ extras without spending a lot of money.
