This would be especially appealing for large families or multiple families traveling together, since the bedroom layout gives several couples private ensuite rooms while the bunk rooms work well for children or teens. Great location near to town amenities. House has many toys available—we used kayaks, SUP’s, bikes and crab pot.Rocking chairs on second floor porch and swings on shaded 1st floor patio received extensive use, too.Very clean and well-kept. Room size and layout worked perfectly for 2 families totaling 10 guests.Definitely recommend.

My family had a blast! The house is beautiful, well equipped with anything you may need and Erika was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was very apparent allot of love and attention has been given to this property. We had three generations under one roof for a special Mother’s Day retreat and there was plenty to do for all, whether you wanted to relax on the comfortable couch and play games, fish from the dock, swing in the shade under the porch, or take a bike ride over to the beach. And the elevator was a blessing for getting luggage and groceries upstairs. Thank you for being such a great host Erika. We hope to be back sooner rather than later!

The home surpassed expectations. It was clean, the host was overly communicative and there were no issues throughout the visit. I would suggest this property to anyone looking for a large family gathering in Ocean Isle.
