Enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere in this modern holiday home by the sea.

With several sofas, this holiday home invites you to enjoy long film evenings, casual conversations or relaxing hours after an active day. The modern kitchen is open-plan in the dining area and quickly becomes a meeting point for cooking together, playing board games, making plans or savouring what the day has brought.

Outside, a wonderful Mediterranean flair unfolds. Seek the shade under the olive trees in the garden and alternate between sunny and covered areas on the terrace. Lie down on a sun lounger for a quiet nap or sunbathe and enjoy a long dinner in the open air. Lounge corners are distributed around the house and offer you numerous opportunities to retreat. Here you can enjoy your holiday with friends, family or as a couple in peace and quiet.

Explore the Pag peninsula at your own pace. Stroll through tranquil Potocnica, discover small rocky coves along the coast or take a trip to the town of Novalja with its cafés, markets and local fish. Visit the old salt works or hike through the island's rocky lunar landscape, which is surprisingly quiet and powerful. In this environment, you can experience freedom without sacrificing comfort.
