Enjoy wellness and beautiful views in this modern holiday home.

Your exclusive holiday home offers you an ideal combination of relaxation, privacy and easy access to the city centre. Experience modern living quality on two levels. The open-plan living area is bright, stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space to relax. Use the kitchen with its rustic stone wall and adjoining dining area to prepare your holiday meals. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or treat yourself to some time out in your own spa with whirlpool, sauna and views of the countryside.

Step out onto the large terrace and enjoy the panoramic view over the rooftops of Zagreb. Sunbathe on comfortable loungers by the pool or relax on the balcony with lounge furniture and hanging chair. Barbecue in the covered outdoor area with traditional stone oven and enjoy the evenings outdoors. The modern garden lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere, even after sunset.

Set off on cycle tours or hikes on the Sljeme directly from the house. Well-maintained paths lead through the green Medvednica Mountains. The city centre of Zagreb is just a few minutes away.
