We loved staying here, our three young kids had an easy walk (50 yards, at most) to click into their skis and be on the slopes! Then with the private hot tub and the fireplace in the living room, we had a great time relaxing together and recharging for the next day!

Our family loved this property - comfortable, clean and ski-in / ski-out. Walking distance to town a huge plus!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit in a terrific location. Once you park your car in the heated garage you won’t need it again until you leave Breck. Less than 100 paces to the Quicksilver lift. And an easy ten minute walk to the village. The unit itself is in good shape. The hot tub is great and larger than it looks in the listing. Kitchen is good but could use a pizza cutter. Living area and fireplace are cozy and warm. Only odd thing is that if two families stay here, it is plenty big enough but the kids sleep in the same room or adjoining room as the parents. It’s bigger than needed for a family of four but would be slightly awkward for two families, in terms of sleeping accommodations. But we loved everything else and would definitely stay here again. Only other note for property management would be to improve snow removal. Driveway and sidewalks were not cleared until a few days later and poorly cleared at that. The heated sidewalks were nice but where they weren’t heated, they were a real hazard.
