Our home is on a residential street located in San Jose, California. San Jose is the largest city in Northern California and is known for being the heart of Silicon Valley. The street runs through a suburban neighborhood, offering a mix of residential properties and a peaceful residential atmosphere.

The neighborhood is characterized by well-maintained houses and tree-lined sidewalks. It is is typically composed of single-family homes, townhouses, and some condominium complexes. The houses along the street exhibit various architectural styles, including modern designs and traditional suburban aesthetics.

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

We DO NOT allow any mail to the house, as the key for the mailbox is not available.

Please be aware that this home had hosted a cat before. While we strive to keep the premises clean and comfortable for all guests, please consider this information if you have any allergies or sensitivities related to feline companions.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy.

Please note that propane for the patio heater is not provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio heater during their stay by supplying their own propane.

For your safety and comfort, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise, temperature, and humidity. It doesn’t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy. The device respects your personal space, focusing solely on maintaining a peaceful environment. Your privacy is paramount to us!
