The Space
This home features a chef-inspired kitchen with dual ovens, large granite island, and high-end appliances. The main living area boasts 20-foot ceilings, natural light, and a spacious dining table for the entire group to gather around. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy.

Nestled in the heart of La Quinta, this estate is close to shopping, dining, and world-class golf. The perfect base for a desert getaway combining luxury, relaxation, and convenience.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
• City Ordinance prohibits outdoor music of any kind 24 hours a day. Doors must be closed if playing music inside the home.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 21+
• Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
