This property is situated a mere 5 minute walk from the Camps Bay Beach and shopping strip. The interiors have been elegantly furnished, and the Villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Cape Town.



The Space:

There are three levels, each of which has its own terrace from which you can relax and watch the sunset, close enough that you can hear the ocean.



On the entrance level of the property you will find two of the bedrooms. One being the Master Suite with walk in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and bath overlooking the ocean.



The second bedroom being the smallest offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the top terrace.



One floor down on the middle level, is the spacious living area with open plan dining room and kitchen. This leads out to a terrace with a sparkling plunge pool. The kitchen has been fitted with all the modern conveniences, making use of mainly SMEG appliances, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher and more. The 5th bedroom is located just off the pool with separate access via the scullery. This bedroom offers a double bed with en-suite bathroom - this room is not as luxurious as the other 4 bedrooms but is perfect for kids or the au pair.



Finally, on the lower level, you will find an additional two bedrooms. The third bedroom being a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The fourth bedroom also being a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. These two bedrooms also have access to a separate terrace with faux grass, outdoor seating and ocean views.



This is a dedicated year-round self-catering vacation rental property that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the property manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The Property Manager reserves the right to charge an extra Damage Deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.
