Loved the location awesome views and HD a lovely walk to Dunkeld alongside river Tay
We had no WiFi and the fireplace was not working tries to get it to work but reception closed at 5pm so that was really only the issue

Very good friendly and helpful staff
Bar man superb
Bar and restaurant were very basic , lacking quality. Grounds and grass were a bit scruffy

The property was so big and clean and was exactly as described on the booking.com site. The facilities were exceptional and the staff were the same. I genuinely can’t fault one thing. All the bar staff were great and Stewart was especially welcoming to us. We will definitely be coming back.
Cannot fault it.
