Excellent location and rooms were a good size

Hot water in shower was too hot and almost burned me. There was no way to lock the patio doors and we were women on our own. There was not enough towels for 5 days and we had to go to office for more towels

The closeness to the marina and beach - but from the photos on booking.com it looked like we had a front window view of marina - instead our view of the marina was from the outside side of balcony - our view was a building site

There was no washing machine which would have been handy - the iron and ironing board looked like it belonged in a museum it was so old - could have been a bit cleaner too - we found hairs in the bed

The location is fantastic, right beside the Marina with restaurants and shops. The taxi tank was right outside the door.

I was staying in a bedroom on the first floor facing the road and bars. The noise at night was very loud and did not stop until 3am every night I should have brought ear plugs. The pillows on the bed were dreadful - lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was ok though.

Good location as the marina and restaurants are right infront - is above a restaurant so was Pretty noisy until 4am on some of the nights + next to a strip club which was awkward

Noisy, not clean (unflushed toilet when we arrived + hair on both showers and dirty in cupboards) when we messaged about this they basically ignored us both times (didn’t even apologize so arguable poor customer service), they don’t offer any cleaning liquid or clean sponges and towels to wash up, the one sponge we had STUNK, not coffee pods for the coffee machine or sugar or anything. The view of the marina is basically just a small bit you can see outside the balcony but it’s not even balcony facing view. Asked to check out at 11 which was said was fine but assuming the cleaners weren’t told as they unlocked the door and walked in at 10.40.
