Good location close to town centre, loads of room, nice balconies, good air-conditioning, a bit pricey but considering amount of room and facilities and time of year to be expected. Easy access via keys are initially, would recommend and would stay here again.
No kettle....plenty of stove top espresso makers though... you are in Italy after all!
Walking up the lane to the house from main road is tough in 38 degree heat, but its only about 50m 🥵. Worth it for the views though.
