Location and property are amazing for what they are renting it for. It was clean - no issues with the setup of the place at all.
Only comment I would provide is that you can hear neighbors if there are any. It wasn’t an issue for the value of the nice stay. We still slept well. As we were gone most of the day, it didn’t bother us.

The location was great for our vacation plans. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies we could ever need inside a house. Free parking inside a gate was convenient.
The walls between the bottom floor and the top floor are very thin. You can hear the guests’ footsteps and other noises they make if they’re not courteous. If you’re okay with being able to hear noises coming from other guests and also a little bit of the sounds of cars passing by along the road then this place is great for you.

It was a nice clean home.
Idk why I thought it was a two story house we were renting, we had a family vacation so it was a few couples with kids and we needed more room.. the home is right off the main road and the road parking is scary. We couldn’t fit our 16 passenger van in the parking so we had to park out of the gate. We got a ticket for parking on the side road, even though we had seen a lot of other cars parked there as well. Also the up stairs neighbors will complain if your kids are making too much noise and they are not friendly. The first bedroom by the front door had ants in the bathroom everywhere and in the shower. The no shower door part was a bit annoying because you’ll get water everywhere while showering.
