The staff were absolutely wonderful and treated us like royalty when we got in from our flight at nearly midnight!

Spacious, bright, exceptionally clean, helpful staff, good air con and fans. It was lovely to sit on the verandah and enjoy a cooked breakfast and coffee delivered to our door. We could watch squirrels playing on nearby rooftops from there. Staff carried our bags up and down the stairs which we appreciated. Great water pressure and hot water in a shower with glass screens around. Bed and pillows nice and comfortable. Location was good for us not far from the airport and we could walk to coffee shop and supermarket and restaurant overlooking the lagoon. We grabbed a taxi to Colombo for half a day - glad we stayed out of town though.

All was good but it would be great to have had a small fridge in the kitchen. It was of no issue to us but the kitchen area had a cook top but no plates, cutlery or cooking utensils. Also no hangers in the wardrobe.
