Quiet and in a quiet part of the town. Clean and tidy. Host was friendly, helpful and kind. We had a good sleep. We were able to leave our cases downstairs, so we didn’t have to carry them up the steep stairs to the apartment. The town centre was a short walk downhill and the train station was 10 minutes away up the hill.

Appartamento situato in un posto stategico, si raggiunge a piedi dalla stazione in cinque minuti e dall'appartamento si raggiunge a piedi in cinque minuti la Basilica Santa Maria degli Angeli.
Di fianco alla Basilica partono poi gli autobus per tutte le mete turistiche d'Assisi.
Appartamento molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno perfetto, lo consiglio a chiunque voglia godersi Assisi in totale comodita'.
Dai locali vicini la sera uscivano degli odori che un po' rovinavano la piacevolezza dello stare in terrazza

La camera iris è spaziosa con arredo moderno e pulita, ci si può stare comodamente in tre. La cucina in comune è completa di tutto. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare anche caffè, the e camomilla. Una persona veramente gentile e disponibile.
L'unica pecca purtroppo manca l'ascensore. è un secondo piano e con un neonato abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trasportare la carrozzina e valige. Comunque al nostro arrivo il proprietario si è offerto di darci mano.
