Good location.
No office… had to call and or text for everything.

Did not and was offered breakfast as far as I know.
The room #1 was right across the street from the Maverick store. Delivery trucks for the Maverick store came in very early in the morning. Their backup beepers on the trucks woke me up several times. Next time I might request a room in the middle of the hotel.

Great location, quirky and nice property. Clean. Parking right outside. Little communal outside area if you fancy a chat

For a small place it was clean and comfortable.
No on site check in. Frustrating trying to deal with booking.com and the hotel registration at the same time. Not great for anyone who is not a digital native. It was not a user friendly experience and I won't do it again. Location on the main street was noisy with big trucks going by at all hours.
