I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Urban Elephant Flamingo in Sea Point. The room was exceptionally well-equipped with everything I needed and was both comfortable and welcoming. Throughout my stay, I felt very safe and secure, which added greatly to the overall experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. His excellent service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Cape Town.
The only area that could be improved is the bathroom, which I found to be quite small. While the complimentary tea and coffee welcome pack was a lovely touch, it only included one tea bag and two small milk containers. As a suggestion, it would be great to provide a few extra tea bags and coffee pods, along with a larger carton of long-life milk (around 500ml), especially for guests staying more than one night.

The location is very convenient. Sea Point Promenade and various shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, so renting a car isn't necessary if you aren't travelling by car.
The apartments are too small, in my opinion. There's only on street parking available which didn't feel 100% safe. The noise from the street below is constant and became overwhelming.
