Was exactly like the photos. Everything was nice and neat and spacious. The owners/employees were very patient and welcoming! We got there late at night because of the flight arrival time and traffic but they waited for us and still made sure to walk us through the entire property, what they have to offer, and things to do in Ubud. They also checked in with us every morning making sure things went well.

There were a little bit of stains on one of the blankets but they were very responsive and got it resolved quickly

Well priced, out of all the hussle and bussle of Ubud. Nice and quiet. In walking distance of restaurants and convience store.

Very tight entry to street for Taxis. So best to make sure your taxi is small or ride a scooter.

I would like to say that our first impression of the villa was actually very positive. The landscaping and garden design are beautiful, and the monkey fountain is especially lovely! it gives the villa a very lively and relaxing atmosphere. The overall concept of the place is really nice.

After staying here for the past few days, we honestly feel disappointed with the general cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Unfortunately, the villa feels quite dusty and not very well maintained, which has affected our experience. Even simple things such as the rubbish bins not having plastic bags inside made the place feel sticky and uncomfortable. There are also a few maintenance and hygiene issues we would like to kindly mention: 1. The lounge chairs beside the swimming pool look like they have not been cleaned for a long time. The pool water is also not very clear, and it seems the bottom of the pool may need vacuuming/cleaning. 2. Some of the wooden flooring near the pool appears rotten and unstable, which feels unsafe to step on and may need repair or replacement. 3. The towels/floor mats placed in front of the bedrooms do not appear to have been changed for quite some time and look quite dirty. To be honest, we feel a little sorry because this villa actually has so much potential to be an amazing place if the maintenance and cleaning were improved properly. The design and atmosphere are wonderful, which is why it feels disappointing to see the current condition
