Functional and well equipped apartment, very good for exploring Tbilisi for a few days. I found the location actually great as it was right on the metro and only 15 mins for a cheap ride to Freedom Square and the old town.
The internet was strong and fast, which turned out quite handy as I had to work one day.
The high terrace is a nice feature. We got lucky with a big thunderstorm which was quite spectacular from the 13th floor.
My main issue is that the apartment is smaller than it looks. It is barely the size of a hotel room, being a partial conversion from the bigger apartment next door.
Payment is in cash only.

Comfortable bed, a small but well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean and nice, there was even a jacuzzi, and it’s very close to the city center.
The issue is not with the accommodation but with the city and the country, as power outages happen, and walking up to the 13th floor is not very pleasant.
