I had a great experience staying at Sama Suites. The place was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, but what really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, the lady who assisted me during check-in was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was patient, professional, and made sure everything was properly arranged. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Sama Suites and appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend Sama Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with helpful and welcoming staff.

Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The rooftop swimming pool has an incredible view of the KLCC Twin Towers, especially at sunset and night. The location was great, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The entire apartment is spacious and has a nice view.

1. Key access problem, the door was stuck and cannot use the access card given. 2. Language barrier because all staff do not understand simple malay and english as well. 3. The toilet and bathroom are smelly and not comfortable. 4. Microwave provided but not functional, extra mark since they provide washing machine. 5. TV provided with wifi but cannot be used due to no signal issue. The staff came and gave us an adapter .
