We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Ayia Napa! The property was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The private pool was one of our favorite features. With its built-in jacuzzi and waterfall-effect shower, it was perfect for relaxing in the evenings at the villa or enjoying a laid-back day at home instead of heading to the beach. It really made the villa feel like a holiday destination in itself! The terraces were another highlight, offering great views and lovely spots to enjoy the surroundings, have a morning coffee, or simply unwind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were in great condition. We also really appreciated how well equipped the villa was — from the washing machine and microwave to all the other essential household items and the outdoor grill. Everything we needed was there, making it easy to feel at home and enjoy our stay without worrying about a thing. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Everything was well maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. A special mention goes to Andres, who was an amazing host! He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting us with airport transportation, arranging an early check-in and a late check-out, and providing all the information we needed during our stay. His communication was outstanding — he always responded within minutes and made us feel well taken care of from beginning to end. Overall, the villa offered excellent value for money and made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in Ayia Napa. We would happily return. Thank you, Andres, for making our stay such a great experience!

Having more days to spend on our vacation there :)

Super freundlicher Vermieter - tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung in super Lage.

Villa was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Very easy to get in, clear instructions as to how to get to the property and how to get passed the gates and into the villa. The pool was clean and so does the surrounding area. Everything we wished for - and more! Highly recommended!

Nothing!
