It was clean and well maintained. Quite swish in fact. It was large. The kitchen and bathroom were great. We had the whole apartment to ourselves - 2 rooms, each with a double bed.. It was a lovely place.
The free parking only kicks in very late in the day. The managers have to supply visitors parking tickets between times. We were attending a conference on the docks and it was a little bit of a distance away… not too much though. Both of these are more than made up for by the quality of accommodation for the price. Thank you Modern Arthouse.

We had such a lovely and comfortable stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and wonderfully quiet at night, which made it so easy to relax and get a really good night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Everything was just perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place! 👏👏👏👏👏
