I did one load of wash and had trouble getting the washer to go through the cycles. Also, the coffee maker appeared to be new, but it struggled at times. The last comment/suggestion is that I wish the bed pillows, the couch, and the porch furniture were fuller with better padding.

Nice place but we heard from locals the hotel owner was thinking of going to time shares. I really hope this doesnt happen as we have been staying at prince resort for several years now.

Overall the place was nice. There are some major issues that should be addressed. First off the dryer doesn't work. I have done some investigation and it appears it hasn't worked for about 5 years, yet it is still listed as an amenity. We contacted Jay and he said oh yeah, I've been meaning to replace it. We stayed an entire week and we expected to wash our clothes while vacationing. More troubling was Jay told me he hasn't visited his property for 10 years. Other issues include the living area ceiling fan did not work. The nonstick cookware was scratched, making it useless. The bath and kitchen sink were both stained or dirty. My wife was afraid to even take a bath, so she showered the entire week. Overall I just feel Jay isn't invested in his property. His communication with me was curt and unprofessional. It's still a nice place, the beach view is perfect and the overall property is nice. This Vrbo just needs proper care. A little TLC if you will.Brian
