The location and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. It was renovated recently so everything felt fresh and new. It’s a 3 min walk to the city wall, so ultra convenient.

Location, location, location!!
Elevator!
Uber dropped us right accross street, walked over road, few metres down path at apartment entrance.
5 min from Pile gate, 5 min to beach.
Beautiful new apartments.
Kettle and coffee maker (only 4 capsules provided and no coffee sachets or tea - expected, it is apartments not a hotel)
Loads of storage space.
Lots of electrical plugs
Seperate toilet, nice big shower.
Arranged taxi to airport through apartment. Was much cheaper than Uber and beautifull car with friendly driver.
There is not enough hooks to hang wet towels. Only 1 hook.
You have to do your makeup and hair at the basin (which is loose standing) but there is no surface to place your makeup or hair brushes when blowaving your hair (hairdryer at basin) Had to place all these items inside the basin.

The staff was very friendly and tried her best to get us what we needed. The location is very nice, just outside of the Old Town with easy access to everything you want to see in Dubrovnik. That was great! There are also breakfast vouchers for the restaurant next door which had lovely staff and food.
I was under the impression we had booked a much larger room by what is shown online but I guess that was my interpretation of it based on the title of the room. It is a small space, but likely fairly normal for Europe. There were 4 hangers for the 2 of us...although we asked and she brought us 2 more, that is all they had. Construction dust in the drawers (ikea particle board bits). There is no mini fridge at all (we like to get drinks and snacks), not one water glass provided for drinking, no coffee maker...nothing but bare bones. The patio view is poor, unfortunately.

"Tolle Lage, 5 Minuten zur Altstadt, riesige Suite mit 2 Bädern, modern und komfortabel, herzliches Personal, da außerhalb der Stadtmauer, kann man mit dem Taxis bis vor die Tür fahren"
