Recently refurbished and built in 2020, River West 924 is the perfect basecamp for your Summit County ski vacation. The new River West complex offers an onsite shared hot tub, a firepit, and a one car garage to keep your gear and vehicle out of the snow. Backed right up to the Blue River, the private balcony is a peaceful spot for morning coffee before a day on the mountain, with Keystone about 9.1 miles, Copper Mountain around 12.3 miles, and Breckenridge roughly 14 miles away. Inside, a cozy gas fireplace warms the living area, and a king bedroom plus a twin over queen captain's bunk and a sleeper sofa welcome your group. Stroll the riverside walking path, then warm up in the hot tub. Modern, refreshed, and ready for winter.

Really nice and clean property. Two fairly minor complaints: We don't like memory foam mattresses (we know many people do) and hauling heavy bags up a long flight of stairs wasn't the best. But otherwise centrally located and very nice.

Beautiful and extremely comfortable apartment. We just had a disappointing experience. We were visiting for the weekend to take our girls to see the ice sculptures and also go sledding. We arrived Friday evening and was ready to leave Sat morning at 8:30 but unfortunately couldn’t do so. The single stall garage remote somehow disconnected from the motor overnight. There was not a second entrance to this space. Which meant we had no car, no car seats, no stroller, nothing. By the time maintenance was able to open it, it was 1:30pm, which then was nap time (anyone with an 18m will know you don’t skip). So by the time we got to Breck it was 4pm and getting dark and cold. We missed all of our activities. We received a $150 refund but that wasn’t enough in my opinion. We essentially paid $750 to stay in an apartment all weekend versus doing the same in our own home. Overall, just disappointing.
