The Chêne Vert cottage is a pleasant natural stone house in the heart of a small hamlet in the Périgord.
It consists of two bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and toilets. Each bed can be converted into two beds of 80 cm x 200 cm or a large bed of 160 cm x 200 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). In the living room you have a television, two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table.PGJyPgPGJyPg
A private terrace is equipped with deckchairs, a table and chairs, as well as garden furniture. A barbecue or baby equipment is available on request, as well as games for children.
A private access allows you to enjoy the swimming pool on deckchairs, with 2 parasols.
Two stone outbuildings are at your disposal, shared with the other two cottages: Roche Blanche (capacity for 2 people) and Diamant Noir (capacity for 6 people).
The "barn" is equipped with a WIFI area, a large table and a private plancha per cottage. It is a friendly shaded area next to the swimming pool.
The "barn" is equipped with free access games (table tennis, darts, petanque, "molkky").
Close to all amenities, the house offers you all the comforts for a stay to discover the most beautiful sites of the Dordogne.
Within a radius of 50 km, you can visit Lascaux, and Bergerac.
You will have the opportunity to discover magnificent castles such as Beynac, Les Milandes and many others.
You can enjoy the delicious local products at the farmers' markets that are held every day. Thanks to the many vineyards around, you can taste the wines and have guided tours in the cellars.
