**The theater and game room is currently not climate-controlled, but there are plenty of fans to circulate the air!
**Emerald Island Resort charges a $20 resort fee per reservation, which is not included in the fees you’ve already paid. This fee is due directly to the resort at check-in and includes one vehicle entry pass. If you plan to bring additional vehicles, each one will require its own entry pass at $20 per vehicle. The resort permits up to six vehicles total per reservation.
** Pool heat is an optional amenity that is offered during the cooler months (typically October through March). Please enquire with our team regarding pricing and availability. 24 Hour Notice is required.
***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:
• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.
• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.
• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)
• Proof of valid rabies vaccination

The house is a great size. The layout was good for the privacy of families. Kitchen is a bit dated but fine for our use. However, oven needs to be checked for accuracy. It took a longer time to cook our meats. We suggest that the refrigerator water filter should be checked for replacement. Dryer wasn’t drying properly. We checked the lint trap & cleaned a significant amount of lint from it. Dryer then worked much better. AC unit in the game room needs to be fixed. We know this was listed but we encountered a very warm week. The children did enjoy that room. We were happy to bring our pets. We were able to make many happy memories at a very pretty house. Pool was the best!

Stay was very good. The only, stress only, somewhat negative is that cleanliness could be better. The value remains quite good. We enjoy the property. Like us all it has aged a bit. Still enjoyable

Needs a lot of updates to house. Overall okay for what we needed. Hot tub water stayed low. The managing company tried to stay on it. I thank Jennie for all her help.
