This secluded gem offers a perfect get away . The property is Located in old town Manteo just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, movie theater, historic sites, and much more. This Studio upstairs apartment with private entrance offers a king size bed, large sitting area and full bath. It’s a beautiful location and space sure to please you while relaxing after a long day at the beach just 10 minutes away. The upstairs studio is located on a spacious historic property dating from 1901, with a large beautiful garden for enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. This studio has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Our area is home to all outdoor and water based activities, surfing, sup, boating, fishing, kite boarding, you name it, we have it.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice and clean and very close to downtown Manteo. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Great place to have coffee in the morning. Communication with host was just a text away and they responded quickly. Thank you for a perfect little get away.

Everything went great! Check-in was super simple and the host was quick to respond to any issues we had! The garden is also gorgeous and downtown Manteo is right around the corner.

I arrived on Friday and was greeted by the owner who let me know there would be construction going on while I had my visit. This was a birthday weekend, intended for rest and on Saturday morning at 7am I was awaken by nails being banged on the side of the house. They did construction all day with loud music until the evening. I wouldn't have stayed at this location if I knew there would be construction. The space was clean and perfect, I only wished my stay was peaceful. Give the tenant a heads up next time there is going to be construction.
