Perfect place to stay in West Seattle! Very walkable with places such as Easy Street Records, shops, and restaurants. The view from the rooftop deck was amazing and it was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and we felt very comfortable in the space. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great neighborhood, great hosts! We hope to come back again!

We loved our stay at Seaview Vista. It was spotless and we loved everything about it. The view from the rooftop deck was awesome at sunset. Although the parking space was a little cramped for our car, there was never a problem finding a spot on the street. It was a short walk to Alaska Junction which also made it convenient. The host, Payton was extremely responsive and really seemed to care about our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

First, for the good: Seaview Vista is in a great location - close to coffee, dining, parks and many other things to do. The rooftop deck is awesome! The host was super responsive and never left me hanging. Check in was easy. Even though it is a small place, it has most of what you need in a vrbo. They allowed pets which was great for us and our sheepadoodle. Second, there were some issues: First of all it had a very strong smell of mold or mildew upon walking in. I am probably more sensitive than most, but having my two young children with me - it made me particularly nervous. The washer seal had not been cleaned in a while - so I took it upon myself to try to clean it so I could wash some of our clothes. I wasn't successful so the host sent someone to clean it, great. Then when I tried to dry some wet laundry it became clear very quickly the dryer vent hose was disconnected - meaning I could not wash clothes. If you have young kids you know that this is a huge dealbreaker. I would not have chosen this rental without an advertised washer and dryer.Overall, the stay was okay for these reasons: the smell and the washer and dryer in poor condition. I would recommend this rental to a friend if the host committed to fixing the dryer, really thoroughly cleaning the washer, and addressing the strong smell.
