The beach is 600 m from the house and can be reached on foot via a magnificent footpath. A children's playground and petanque area are located next to the house. This 67 m² house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises a 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a lovely south-facing terrace and garden of around 200 m².
