Excellent week-long stay. Townhome spotless, new build with quality appliances etc. Owner provided valuable information, tips, etc to ensure a comfortable stay.Location close to the Ralston Creek walking/bike path is terrific! We had lived in Arvada 35 years before retiring to AZ, and it was great to use the path again. On street parking availability will probably improve when construction across the street is closer to completion, but we could always find a parking space (Owner fully discloses this in listing)We will most likely stay here next year.

The place was absolutely perfect for our family! Very clean, well organized, sundries and laundry supplies available.. Our host Michelle was very proactive and responsive we areLooking forward to our next year stay for the annual girls fast pitch softball tournament.

This townhome was absolutely perfect. Location was close to everything. The interior was beautiful. The host was very responsive when we had a question. We’ll definitely be returning.

This unit was fully equipped and very clean. Such a cute place that was perfect for our group of 5. The host communicated well and was very accommodating! We enjoyed a quick walk down to the Colorado Tap House for evening drinks and yard games and the nearby walking/running/biking trail. We could easily access downtown, Red Rocks and other area attractions. Highly recommend!The only drawbacks were limited parking and some new construction nearby, but overall they were very minor inconveniences.
