A pretty friendly family home facing the sea, on the bay of Yves. In the heart of the authentic village of Boucholeurs, a stone's throw from the coastal path, the nature reserve and the beaches. Very close to tastings at oyster farmers, terraces, restaurants, playgrounds and 5 minutes from Chatelaillon, 20 minutes from La Rochelle... The house has just been renovated and tastefully decorated, on the first floor. a bright living room, a kitchen opening onto a terrace and the enclosed garden, a laundry room, a toilet.. upstairs 3 bedrooms including a magnificent master suite with sea view, a bright bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. .. The courtyard can accommodate two cars and the garden is enclosed at the back of the house, a pretty furnished terrace for outdoor meals... and a garden shed that can secure your bikes... The area is quiet, to fully enjoy a holiday with family or friends by the sea.
A wonderful renovation in a great location to discover the region, the coast and the Islands.
