Great communication with host. Spacious and light. Nice common area and well- appointed kitchen. The layout with two bathrooms worked very well. Good shower with good pressure and how water. Wonderful location.

Carpets and some furniture seems a bit worn. Rickety coffee table, broken bathroom trash can and some scratches on furniture. Broken heater cover.

Location, location, location!!

The elevator is not a reliable amenity and we weren’t told this until check-in day. Also found out that our unit was on the 6th floor! The elevator did not work the first day and was unreliable for the duration of our stay.

Staying here was such a great experience. Let's start with the fact that the rate per night was so reasonable that it allowed me and my partner to extend our planned stay in what has turned out to be my new favorite city. Having an affordable rate did not mean that the amenities were compromised except for a few minor items that in no way affected our experience. The location was great because it was close to everything, but as it was in the financial district, it was relatively quiet both day and night. The management team were very responsive and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. My partner and I could spread out, relax, self cater when we wanted, get nearly everywhere easily by foot or public transport and do our laundry in an easily accessible laundry room.

Just as a heads up, the building that the apartment was in was built as a bank in 1894 and later converted to apartments. The age of the building means that there are a lot of charming architectural features, however not so charming is that the elderly elevator can be temperamental leaving no option but to use the (albeit charming) spiral staircase up and down six levels. Management lets you know this in advance but I'm not sure that it was obvious when I booked. The elevator did work most of the time but there were days that it didn't. Great if you don't mind the exercise, not so great if you have any health issues.

Great location, clean and nice apartment

For our entire stay (4 days) the elevator didn’t work We had to carry our luggage for 6 floors and every time to climb it The owner wrote us one day before that the elevator might will not work and that is not part of the property We found out from the neighbors that it’s not working for quite some time
