Clean, comfortable,

Unfortunately my wife has alzheimers and has balance issues and had great difficulty with the stairs

Location was OK.

There was a note on the detergent bottle informing us we would be charged $20 if we didn't return it to its correct place under the sink. This and other similar officious instructions might make you think the place has a fastidious attention to detail, but such diligence is only expected from guests, not practised. The TV would not work, the hairdryer was broken and there were a bunch of other things that were just NQR. The "stairs" were tiny, narrow, spiral things that would have been rated "class 5" by the WA National Parks service if they were part of a walk. They are entirely unsuitable for any person with mobility problems and potential guests should be so warned. The place was not cheap and was poor value. We stayed one night, then found another MUCH nicer place for less.
