Beautiful modern apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms and a seperate combined kitchen/dining/lounge. Well equipped apartment with 3 smart TVs and a washer/dryer. Host Tomasso met us on arrival and provided recommendations for local restaurants etc. Mini supermarket directly below apartment which was handy. Great central location for seeing the main sites of Rome.
Not a problem for us but apartment is on the first floor with no lift. Easy short walk up stairs to apartment. Apartment is above a busy piazza which can be noisy at night but windows do block out a lot of the noise.

Très bel emplacement. Propriétaire fort sympathique très à l écoute. Proposant des endroits à visiter. Séjour parfait. Je recommande

The 2 bed / 2 bath property was clean and had a nice layout. The A/C, WiFi, washer dryer combo were all great. The host was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was always reachable and very attentive to all our needs.
The outside of the property and staircase are «sketchy » and there is tons of graffiti on the building but once in the apartment, you quickly appreciate all it has to offer. You can hear the noise from outside well into the night as the building is in the middle of a very animated area.

That someone was there to meet us and went over the process and checked in to give us recommendations, very nice welcome. Thank you !!
Wished we didn’t have to carry our luggage’s but even with that he helped us and it was on the first floor which was very nice

"Die Malva Suite liegt direkt an einer kleiner Piazza und durch eine kleine Strasse blickt man zum Tiber Fluß. Zu Fuß 30-40 min zum Petersplatz, Colosseum und wenn man aus dem Haus geht, ist man mitten..."
