Mad Rooms

The location was very good, there are 2 metro stations near by. A lot shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was pretty clean, however, there was some hair on the pillow. Otherwise it was pretty decent. The size of the room was good for one person, however, not so sure about 2. The host was very kind and allowed to leave my luggage at the reception until the evening after the check out. Tho it’s written there that they don’t assume any responsibility for your belongings and there is nobody at the reception, so the next time if I stay there, I guess I will use the storage service, in case there are any valuables.

As I understood, there were 3 floors, 2 of them underground, and I got the room on the first floor, hence, the sad part was the fact, that there was a bar with the outdoor tables just right outside my window, and I could hear every word of their conversation. The bar is open until about 1 am. I had to buy the earplugs just to have the decent sleep. I guess this isn’t the issue for the other rooms, I was just unlucky. The whole conversation with the host is happening over the WhatsApp and although there is reception, nobody is there. You are given a code to access the hotel and another code to open the door of the room. So basically there is no key. The door is supposed to lock automatically from inside, however, I wasn’t sure that it did happen, cause I didn’t hear any sound, like from the outside, so I had to block the door with my suitcase, when I was sleeping at night. The door is also not equipped with the peephole, so it’s another safety concern. Also, the response time over the WhatsApp could improve, and when I called their phone number which was listed, they never picked up the call.

L’habitació a la que varem dormir era subsol, planta -2. No hi havia ventilació natural, ni sortida d’emergencia.

No había papel de baño ni perchas. Había estanterías rotas
