The apartment has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay, a home away from home! The kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The beds firm, water pressure and heat great, overall a great space. The balcony out the back of the apartment provided privacy.

The unit is in the middle of three, therefore the front balcony is a walk through for the end unit and has only 2 chairs outside. The end unit had a table and 4 chairs. Unfortunately there was a couple in the next unit (looked to be an airbnb) who spent most of their time on the table talking loudly up until midnight and were smoking which meant we could not open the ranch slider or kitchen window without having smoke coming into the apartment. This is not the owners fault, but it did affect our enjoyment of the property as we were not able to have the windows open or enjoy the front balcony for most of the time in the evenings, for this reason we would probably not return to this apartment.

Lovely apartment nicely appointed and in a quiet area but would have preferred more outside space.

Terrace out fron was access to other apartments so no private terrace space. Small terrace out back but onto a road. Had to take taxi from airport to Tavira to pick up the keys then back to Santa Luzia which we passed on way to Tavira. Had to call maintenance man as keys were sticking nearly locked out twicw. Mainteneance man was efficient and arrived quickly and offered to come 24/7

Pool facilities poor no sun bed etc.

very clean and well maintained. location really good

unfortunately swimming pool being fixed so bit noisy at times. however, understand it has to be kept in good order. only a temporary problem.
