The location and easy of access to the unit was fantastic.

Only thing I had trouble with was reading the numbers on the key box in the letterbox. Bit dark and hard to read and get to. Mobile phone light and glasses helped me!

Location was fantastic toward crown hotel, Amazing view over Darling Harbour toward Pyrmont, restaurants & ferries literally below, New modern building, car parking spot is a bit of a mission to find first time but not too far away. Communication was good and easy. Suit 2 person only. good kitchen & facilities (not that we used it) all seemed adequate. Reasonable size TV in lounge only. Sunny & bright room with lots of natural light. Very quiet, no noise from the building (it seems as some Neighbours are permanent one with a baby and we didn't hear anything) although, you can hear noisy people below at times. Would suit short or long stays. Would definitely stay again if price was in the same range as the rates were very reasonable at the time.

The queen bed was very ordinary & did not suit the quality of accommodation, it was very firm and uncomfortable with poor quality pillows, cheap bedside table. Fake flowers everywhere is a cheap look. No hand towel in the bathroom. Towels were poor quality & smaller than normal hotel style.
