The location is great. The complementary coffee, tea and water were really great.

The curtains is not block out. The bedroom was so light because of the outside light shining in. Also the room was very hot and there was no plug for the fan. I also could not open the window.

I loved the set up of the unit and the cleanliness. The friendliness of the security guard on duty as he assisted us on arrival.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, the mattress honestly needs to be replaced we ended up taking the duvet in the cupboard and the one on the bed to add on top of the mattress to try making some sort of comfort. The springs were bulging out in most areas. The sleeper couch as well one part was broken to recline. The bedroom was extremely hot and the window in the bedroom is broken and can’t be opened. At least put ceiling fans one in the bedroom and one in the lounge if AC can’t be afforded. The ice drawers in the deep freeze part of the fridge is broken and needs to be defrosted, I did not use that part because the drawers could not open and broken left full with ice.
