Location and space. The studio was so comfortable, and its location was so convenient for our needs during our week long stay.
Having a vacuum or sometthing to clean with would be ideal for longer stays, otherwise no complaints!

Location was awesome forTākina Conference and New World plus Te Papa and Courtney Place.
Well equipped ( oven didn’t work , washer/dryer frustrating) and comfortable.
Access was awkward/hidden and not well explained - had to watch video- write clear instructions we don’t all have time and means to watch a You Tube. Studio had a very strong food smell on entering. Oven didn’t work, toiletries budget as and clock didn’t work. Very spartan. Needs drapes and finishing touches.

Location was very central. The place itself was spotless, very well organised and comfortable. A+

I Iiked that it was nice and close to everything we wanted the see. The kitchen was good
There was no scrubbing brush for the dishes, the sheets and duvet were scratchy. Was difficult to get in to drop bags early as we couldn't access the check-in instructions that told us how to get into the room
