Location. The house has basic amenities except for the sharing iron outside. As a single mother of one small child, leaving her to use iron outside is troublesome and the room card is only one given.
The staff should have some knowledge of surrounding areas although it wasn't mandatory. She suggested for grab ride to nearby park when it was within walking distance.

I enjoyed exploring the surrounding area of the hotel. It's a new establishment and very trendy. Lots of eateries and a hub for social gathering. Laundry is nearby and useful for us. Not noisy or busy area.
Phone reception (MAXIS) in the room was not good. Cannot view the channels from the TV provided only YouTube.
