The place is new, and very conveniently located. Shower is big and the dishwasher, bath products and coffee and tea are all a very nice touch.
It has one window as it's a basement apartment, and that window has no blinds, and the bed is right in front of it which is pretty silly when the sun comes up at 4:30am.
The street is also so close that you can hear everything and the bed is right in front of the window which is not the ideal design. Really the kitchen should have been put there, with the bedroom up the other end.
