The location was great when we found our bearings. Lots of steps and passageways down to main streets. Large balcony with views. Cooking equipment and Amazon prime to watch when chilling. When I asked for sheets for single bed they were delivered clean and fresh and on the day.
The shower was not easy to work at first as it ran very slowly. Had to be quite strong to turn it from bath to shower. Loo pull fell off so had to use a chair. .However I am sure host would have sorted for us if we had asked.

check in was seamless, lovely views and great location, very close to the centre and great access to everything from there and alessio was really quick with communication and replies and super helpful and even dropped off towels when asked:)
would recommend
light didnt seem to be working in the kitchen and holder for the shower head could be fixed
there were less towels but alessio dropped them off after requesting
could do with bedsheets being renewed

The large terrace with excellent views of the sea and Mount Etna
Bed was a bit hard and could have done with more blankets or quilt as it was chilly at night.
