The property is surrounded by nature and all eco friendly a very modern hotel, beside a natural swimming pool. All the staff from the owner to the general staff were always available if you needed them. The staff also check on use to see if we need anything else. The staff are 100% amazing. The food in restaurants was to die for we had breakfast a few mornings and also had dinner twice and every single time the food and service was absolutely amazing. Myself and my partner will be back again.

It was slightly confusing where to collect the room key and how to return it. We ended up getting the room key in the restaurant and as the restaurant was closed the next day we returned the key to a cleaner.

La hubicacion muy buena y las instalaciones correctas,quiero hacer una pequeña mención a dos trabajadoras muy profesionales y atentas como Natalia y Lily.

Hay que mejorar algunas cosas para ser un hotel excelente,entre ellas algunas mejoras como el parking en el cual con plaza fija no podíamos meter nuestro coche se podría solucionar con una barrera y así prohibir la entrada a todo el mundo,muy pocas tumbonas y alguna rota que dificulta el poder tener tu espacio en la piscina que por cierto estaba limpia el primer día pero al siguiente restos de pinos,avispas,etc…Son críticas para mejorar pero estuvimos muy bien en general.
