Nice, clean & warm modern house
Not providing enough toilet papers for 4 people staying for 4 nights.
Rubbish bin has no liner.
No tea towel or wipes for the bench.
Cutlery n glassware n kitchen utensils are not clean so we have to clean them before using them.

We've been road tripping from Auckland all the way to Queenstown and this accommodation is the best we have had on the way. Everything is at or above my expectations.
can't think of any

Location. House almost brand new and well equipped. New builds nearby wasn't noisy or disruptive at all so must be very considerate. It was apparent that the owner had putting in lots of features and considerations into making it guest friendly. Greatly appreciated. Enjoyed our stay completely. THANK YOU!
More rubbish bags, some tissue boxes would have helped but these ARE minor details.

The stay was ok. It was spacious and also accessible to the town area.
However, the host was extremely rude. When I raised some queries about the accoms to the host (specifically, about the locked rooms and “key” mentioned in the check in instructions), the host replied sarcastically and I thought that was very unprofessional.
