The location was good.
My only recommendation is that when people book through Expedia that you tell them that they need to see staff to register, they cannot do it through the kiosks in the lobby.

Very comfortable conveniently located hotel with a nourishing breakfast if you choose to purchase the meal. Staff were always friendly and helpful and responded to requests promptly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for place to stay in Glasgow.

Clean room and mostly helpful staff. We had an issue getting a reduces rate on parking, which was not resolved.
