The Cottage is set at the end of quiet cul-de-sac, beside a pretty orchard, just a short walk uphill from the vibrant waterside Island Street, and close to the boat park and Batson Creek. It sits in a quiet spot, in an elevated position with sweeping views of Salcombe and the estuary, but very close to the centre of town. With a private parking space on the driveway and another on the shared parking area, this light, sunny and spacious house is a great base to explore the delights of the area. . The property is accessed via 16 steps through the garden and patio to the front door.

Upon entering the property, you will find a bright, spacious and sunny double height entrance hall. Head into the kitchen/dining/family room, a sun filled, open plan space for entertaining, or relaxing in the open plan snug area; a comfortable, south facing family area with TV. A ground floor shower room, refitted in 2023, is perfect for washing off your sandy toes after a day paddling in the blue waters of North or South Sands Beach. Take afternoon tea on the waterside balcony of The Salcombe Harbour Hotel, hire a canoe or paddleboard and discover hidden coves or take in the scenery from upon the water on a boat trip.
