On arrival we were so surprised to see the extra touches and it was fantastic. They had put up decorations for Christmas, it was spotless and warm and cosy. I have never stayed somewhere so well equipped, they make sure you have everything you could possibly need, I could have packed much less. The lodge is a high standard with quality fixtures, bedding, pillows and electronics.Hot tub was kept at a lovely temperature so still able to use even in a very cold December.Cannot recommend The Laurels enough. The site is so well maintained and peaceful. We had the best family christmas experience and will be booking again.Fabulous break away
