At the Calasetta Residence in Puntamanca, a three-level apartment is available for rent:
On the 1st floor:
Kitchenette and dining/living area with a double sofa bed, small terrace with a view of the sea;
On the 2nd level:
double bedroom (wooden slatted bed frames) + a pouf for a third sleeping spot for a child, small terrace with a sea view, and bathroom with shower
; on the 3rd level:
bedroom with two beds that can be joined to form a double bed and bathroom with a bathtub, skylight. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, clothesline, hair dryer, wall-mounted safe, and new pots, pans, and dishes. Winter heating is provided by a wood-burning stove.
Fully equipped.
Includes a private parking space, while the barbecue areas and outdoor showers are also available to other residents of the Residence. Both the living/dining room and the master bedroom have a small terrace overlooking Sottotorre Beach, which is about 100 meters from the house—you’re practically at the beach in three minutes on foot. Le Saline Beach is 1.4 km away.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the ferry terminal serving the route to the island of San Pietro (Carloforte). Additional photos available upon request.
